By visiting, accessing, or ordering from Palau Kabab via this website, over the phone, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

2. Menu Pricing & Availability

While we make every effort to keep all online menu listings, platter piece counts, and pricing current and accurate, menu items and prices are subject to seasonal availability and market fluctuations without prior notice. Applicable provincial taxes (HST) are added at checkout.

3. Dietary & Allergen Advisory

All meats prepared in our kitchen are 100% Halal certified. However, our kitchen handles ingredients containing nuts, dairy, sesame, wheat/gluten, and legumes. While we follow strict food hygiene practices, guests with severe anaphylactic allergies should inform our staff before ordering.

4. Catering & Large Orders Policy

Catering quotes provided through our website or phone are valid for 14 days. Confirmation of large event catering (over 30 guests) may require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance for partial refund eligibility.
